Try Monoprint - a form of printmaking that allows us to create quickly and make layered, colorful images. Learn the basic techniques of Monoprint while participants explore different tools, materials and processes. This class focuses on play and experimentation in making art.

Expressive Acrylic Painting at the McConnell Art Center
Let's explore different kinds of acrylic painting in a class that focuses on play and self-expression. Intermediate/Advanced Painting at the McConnell Art Center
Take your painting practice to the next level. Explore topics in acrylic or oil painting including composition, color relationships, and developing a personal artistic style. This class is appropriate for students who have completed at least one painting class. Projects can be completed in acrylic or oil paint.

Family Painting - Winter Animals at Bryn Du Art Center
Get inspired by animals that love winter and create art with the whole family. In this one-time workshop, we will practice acrylic painting techniques to make a painting that shows wildlife in winter. All materials included. Painters under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.

Intro to Acrylic Painting at Bryn Du Art Center
Curious about acrylic painting but don’t know where to start? For anyone who has wanted to try painting, this one-time workshop will introduce students to all the basic techniques needed to make a painting from start-to-finish. We will explore using brushes and mixing color, as well as complete a still-life painting. No need to buy paints yet, the instructor provides all supplies.
